Hi! I’m Jessica. You might recognize some of my work at Stonemill Matcha, where I was the pastry chef. I currently teach baking workshops, make custom cakes and have the occasional pop up. My pastries showcase California seasonal produce and often have a touch of Chinese pastry nostalgia.
